By accessing or using the Website, the Agency may process certain personal data relating to you, such as your first and family names, email address, the company to which you belong (as the case may be), physical address, telephone number, choice of language, interactions, and details of properties you are looking for (such as: buy/rent, for myself/to invest, house/apartment/parking/land/office/commercial property, budget, No. of bedrooms, surface area, location, amenities and address of targeted properties, amount of a transaction and/or rental cost including rental charges). You acknowledge that these personal data may be collected and processed for the purposes of setting the preferred language in the Website, controlling your access rights, contacting you and answering your queries, generating template documentation useful to transactions. In addition, the Agency may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes by email (subject to your prior consent).

Protection of personal data and duration of retention
Steps will be taken to ensure that your personal data is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Your personal data will be retained for as a long as you are a client of the Agency or are looking to rent, let, buy or sell a property and will be suppressed within twelve (12) months thereafter, unless the Agency has a specific legitimate interest in storing your personal data for a longer period (e.g. to comply with a legal obligation). In relation to direct marketing, your personal data will be erased after you withdraw your consent. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data. Any personal data which is contained in the Agency’s or any of its processor’s regular backups will not be deleted, provided that any such personal data shall remain subject to the applicable confidentiality, data privacy and security obligations until destroyed.
You are entitled to access to your personal data, as collected and processed by the Agency, and request the modification or suppression of personal data relating to you if it is incorrect or unnecessary.You also have the right to ask for the restriction of the processing or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability (as the case may be). When applicable, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent made prior to such withdrawal. In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, as the case may be, at any time, free of charge and without having to provide a justification by following the above mentioned procedure.
